From an espresso break to afternoon tea delights, chess or backgammon games by the fireplace, handcrafted cocktails at the start of the evening, and, of course, artisanal myrtle liqueur to mark the close of a well-spent day.

A place of meeting and conviviality, the Domaine’s Bar unfolds in two atmospheres, shaped by the hours of the day and the seasons.
Outdoors, the bar’s terrace opens onto the landscapes of the Alta Rocca, welcoming sunset aperitifs. In the golden hour, conversations linger, carried by the light and the softness of the evening, in an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed.
Indoors, near the fireplace, the bar reveals a more intimate and subdued atmosphere. A warm refuge to enjoy a digestif, extend the evening after dinner, or simply surrender to the calm of the place. Two complementary spaces, designed to accompany every moment, from dusk until nightfall.
Piattini to share
At aperitif time, the Piattini invite sharing and lightness. Designed to be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace, these small plates to share gently accompany the end of the day. Delicate flavours, convivial formats, and a Mediterranean spirit come together in a menu made to savour the moment, to connect, and to prolong the pleasure of being outdoors, facing the landscapes of the Alta Rocca.
