Our chef - Mr Sébastien CHAUCHAT - has been assisting our chef at Cala Rossa for the last ten years.

He specialises in flavourful cuisine: his dishes rarely contain more than 3 or 4 ingredients, so as not to distort the original taste of the produce.

He is particularly devoted to the following virtuous triptych: seasonality, fresh ingredients and farming methods that are respectful of health and nature.
