From 19 to 23 october, treat yourself to four days in the heart of the Alta Rocca to slow down, reconnect with your breath and restore your energy through the practice of Qi Gong.
Guided by Lou Le Calvé, this retreat combines movement, meditation and teachings inspired by Chinese wisdom to cultivate a greater sense of space, balance and vitality. Each day unfolds at a gentle pace, alternating between Qi Gong practice, treatments at Spa Nucca, wholesome, predominantly vegetarian cuisine, and time to simply enjoy the surrounding Corsican nature.
